Our hearts go out to all those affected by the bush fires. We at Belli are setting up our own donation through any Belli products purchased. In the month of March we will donate .00 to the Australian Red Cross from every Belli product purchased. But here are some other ways you can help.

 Wildlife Victoria are also seeking donations to assist with evacuating and caring for animals affected by the bushfires. There are thousands of animals, including pets, livestock and wild animals that will be affected by evacuation and the fire. The clean up for the wildlife crew will be immense.

Volunteer

You can volunteer your time and skills by registering at Volunteering Australia which is coordinating volunteers for relief and emergency agencies or call Information Victoria on 1300 366 356.

Animal Aid is seeking people who are able to provide transport to move injured animals out of the Kinglake area when some roads in the area re-open. Phone 03 97390300 .

To help with wildlife rescue please contact Wildlife Victoria. DO NOT call their emergency line unless you have an emergency with an injured animal. For volunteer work contact them through their website and they will come back to you. Their phone number is for emergency animal assistance only.

Donate goods

St Vincent de Paul Society is taking donations of material goods throughout Australia at its Vinnies Centres. To find your local Vinnies Centres or find out where you can deliever large-scale donations call 1800 621 349 or go to vinnies.org.au.
Current material needs include personal needs such as shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, baby formula, baby bottles, baby dummies etc, new underwear and socks.

Go shopping

Other than Belli giving .00 for each sale in March to the Red Cross, Coles will donate all the profits of sales on Friday 13 February to the Victorian Bushfire Fund in conjunction with Australian Red Cross. You can also make cash donations at the checkout. So if you normally shop somewhere else, on Friday shop at Coles, you are helping people desperately in need.

Myer is accepting donations at it's Victorian stores and will match customer donations dollar-for-dollar up to 0,000 which is amazing, so if you are in Melbourne go and leave whatever you can as a donation.

This is a difficult time for many Australians, but we know that one thing we are very good at is helping our mates and even those we have never met. Whatever you can give, whether it is your time, a few coins, clothes, tinned food, shelter, bedding, or just a smile and a hug to someone in need, we can all do something for someone.
