Our Promise - Belli is committed to providing quality skin care that pampers and protects. Our products are guaranteed to deliver on our commitment. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to correct it with a replacement or refund.

We aim to dispatch most products within 48 hours* (excluding weekends). However if you do need a product delivered immediately please phone us on 1300 884 916. Courier options ensures ovenight delivery from dispatch time.  

* In the case of products being out of stock, if they are not due within 3 days we will contact you, so that you may wait for the new arrival of stock or cancel your order at that time.

The above time frames are indicitive dispatch times only of when the product will leave our warehouse and delivery of the product through Australia Post after dispatch, needs to be taken in to consideration

Our products are dispatched within 48 hours of your order using e-parcel which is part of Australia Post. The cost of delivery within Australia is 1-3 products $5.50, 3-6 products $8.50 more than six products $12.00. Outside of Australia delivery charges are $12.00 flat rate up to 3 products. over 3 products $18.00 flat. Courier delivery is NOT available for international orders.

Australia Post Time Frames - please note that once dispatched to Australia Post Belli can take no responsiblity for the below time frames. They are provided by Australia post as the indicitive times and there may be delays outside of our control. All items are tracked through e-parcel with Australia Post and if you have any enquiries please do not hesitate to contact us so that we may track your order with Australia Post.

International Postage times are depending on your country and you should contact your local postal office for further information on the time frame it takes to arrive, but on average it can take anywhere from 12 days to 4 weeks.

Returns and Exchanges - It is important to us that you are satisfied with your Belli purchase. If you purchase a product on www.belliskincare.com.au and for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase as our 100% money back guarantee states you can return it to us for a full refund or replacement product, less the cost of delivery. If you have a product that you would like to return, please contact Customer Service.

Should you wish to cancel a transaction at any time prior to delivery please notify us immediately by contacting customer service within 24 hours of your order. Should you require to cancel your order more than 24 hours after an order has been placed, a delivery charge will still apply if the products have been dispatched. We will do everything in our power to recall the product from delivery in order to prevent from charging a delivery fee where possible.
