When a Doula and de-brief work magic!

I have been a Midwife for over 30yrs and I love what I do! In all my time working with women, it is obvious the value of having a doula with you at the birth as well as making sure you de-brief after your birth.

We have quite a few e-mails of late about ultrasounds and when is the best time to have them. I have spoken to our experts and they agree that ultrasound scans are normally conducted as follows. High Risk Pregnancy

I was sparked to read up on high risk pregnancy and talk with our experts as we have had so many mums to be ask "what does high risk really mean and what on earth am I meant to do on bed rest!?"
